Preferred applications:
As a means of transport and as a storage container for bulk materials in plants with medium throughputs. Also ideal in automated systems as a transportable storage container for bulk ingredients which are received in bass then transferred into AZO DOSITAINER®s in there configuration step. The integral dosing screw means that they are especially suitable for precise metering into automatic scales.
Functional principle:
The AZO DOSITAINER® can be mounted on the container docking station and locked in place pneumatically. Identification errors areeliminated by an electronic ID system. The patented docking sleeve ensures dust-free operations. The vibrating discharge device guarantees complete discharging and consistent filling of the metering screw, even of bulk ingredients with poor flow properties. The coarse to fine switching of the dosing screw enables precise metering into weighing systems, even for very high throughputs. The stop valve at the outlet prevents dribble.
