The quality and homogeneity of the powder mix as well as the mixing time have a big impact on plant productivity. Finding the right setup, mixing speed and accessories are very crucial in the early project phase as this determines the size of the high-performance mixer. For that reason, AZO has established a test center in Bangkok. Interested manufacturers of powder mixes are invited to conduct mixing trials in AZO’s test center on a vertical mixer to gain all information needed to plan and professionally execute the powder mixing project. Of course, the test center capabilities are not limited to only powder mixing as required by many powder mix manufacturers. The test mixer facilitates liquid additions such as oils, fat or liquid seasonings as well.
Besides lab mixing trials, it may be important to get familiar with the new state-of-the-art mixing equipment as well in a real production environment. For this purpose, product and mixing trials can be done onsite as well in customers facilities. During these onsite trials, we support interested customers with commissioning and trial support as well to ensure a steep learning curve.
